About the event
Come and enjoy some flat training but integrated with poles from Amanda Rawson BHS qualified coach and BD List 3 judge
Option 1
Gymnastic poles for horses( and riders)
Focusing on exercises to improve suppleness and athleticism for the ready to go horse
Option 2
Pilates polework for horses (and rider) that aren't very fit or are just coming back into work . Focusing on exercises to improve suppleness and propriception.
