I am a classically trained dressage instructor who works with all types of horse and rider. I spent 18 months as a working student for Anja Beran in Germany riding lots of different types of horses. I continue to train with classical rider Anna Jantscher. I believe that classical work is predominately about enabling the horse, through correct training, to be the best and most beautiful he can be within his own limitations. A classically trained rider is one who always strives to improve themselves in order to be the best they can for their horse.
